Download Manager

When trying to install the program, do you get an error?

If so, then the problem is most likely that the file was either corrupted during the download process or you were not able to successfully download the entire file.

You can check by looking at the properties of the downloaded file. Check the file size. Compare that size with the size listed on the download page where you got the file. If it does not match, then this confirms that you did not receive the entire file.

Why is this happening?

I know this sounds like passing the buck, but it truly is a problem with your Internet service. Many people regularly download the program from all over the world. About once every 6 months, someone can't.

There are four possible options to resolve this:

1. Try to download again.

2. Try using a download manager. This type of program will allow you to resume your download should it fail. They also allow you to download the program faster than normal. You can try one of your own choosing or one of the following two free programs ...

LeechGet - www.leechget.net

Free Download Manager - www.freedownloadmanager.org

Note: We do not endorse or support these programs.

3. Try downloading from a computer that uses a different Internet service. Then (after making sure it is the correct file size) burn the downloaded file to a CD. From there you can install the program on the appropriate computer(s).

4. Ask us to send you a CD ($15 charge if sent by airmail / $60 if sent by overnight courier)*. Refer to the pricing page for more info.

* Why should we charge for an "evaluation copy"?
We make the evaluation program available for free off of the Internet. If you are unable to obtain it that way, we offer the service of preparing a CD to send out to you, all for a modest shipping & handling charge to cover costs. It's a common and fair practice.
